    Hi Seem,

    You have started off well but I am sure there are many more ideas that you could include. To me, speaking in a friendly way sounds like:
    - "please" and "thank you". People will use their manners and be polite.
    - they speak with an appropriate volume and tone.
    - respectful

    Next time, try adding more ideas to your brainstorm.
